  1. Hi Alicia
I saw your ad in the Horsetrader on the 44 acres with an olive grove. I looked it up and saw it was in San Miguel…..darn it. A little too far North for us😡. We are looking for a home on acreage in the area between Paso and Arroyo Grande…preferably South of the grade, depending on “what” it is and of course price.
Mike and I live in San Diego right now with a couple properties in AZ as well.
I used to live in Creston so I am familiar with the area.( I used to meet my barrel racing GF’s on Pismo Beach every week for a beach ride😀 ). San Diego is getting WAY too crowded and we are very strongly considering a move up to the Central Coast. Can I get on a list to see the properties available in your area with our criteria?
We need at least a couple acres
Smaller house is OK. One story.
Ideally …..it would have a guest house and an RV barn
At least 3 garage spaces….lots of ” boy toys”
A barn would be nice for a horse or 2
    NOT on a dirt road
Right now we are hoping to find something around the 800’s or below.
We have our ranch in AZ on the market right now. Hard to say when it will get sold?? We could possibly afford something a little higher end after it sells??
    Thank you
